As an Omaha personal injury attorney, Clete Blakeman is personally and professionally committed to the success of each and every one of his clients. In 2018, Clete was recognized as one of the ten best attorneys in Nebraska based upon exceptional and outstanding client service by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Clete is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates—an honor recognizing his commitment to professionalism and ethics in legal representation. Prior to his legal career, Clete was a 3-year letterman at Quarterback for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Husker football team. Following his collegiate career, Clete turned to officiating football at the college level. In 2008, he was selected to join the National Football League (NFL) as an on-field game official. Clete was selected as Referee for Super Bowl 50 (Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers) in February of 2016. Clete remains a true professional, whether he’s on the football field or advocating for injured clients in court.
