Jack D. Horgan is an Associate Attorney on the Carlson & Burnett estate planning and business planning team. His knowledge, skill, and dedication to clients set him apart as an excellent Omaha attorney with a great deal to offer his clients. Jack works with two of the firm’s founding partners—Anne K. Burnett and Darren Carlson—in a number of business and real estate transaction matters involving estate planning, trust administration, probate and business formation. He is a competent and dedicated Omaha estate planning and probate lawyer with considerable skill and experience.
Jack received seven years of education and training at the University of Notre Dame and Creighton University School of Law. As a result, he has the ability to provide effective analysis and resolution of complicated legal matters. In addition to estate planning and probate, his practice areas include estate administration, probate, business organizations, and corporate and business transactions.
An Omaha native, Jack was raised locally with his parents and four younger siblings. He obtained his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and then continued his education by going to law school where he graduated cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law with his J.D. in 2014. When he is not working, Jack enjoys golfing and rooting for Notre Dame Fighting Irish football, UNL Husker football, and Creighton Bluejays basketball. He has served in multiple pro bono activities, including work with the Notre Dame Club of Omaha and the Mount Michael Alumni Association.
