Mary "Peg" Stevens



The majority of Mary “Peg” Stevens's legal practice involves juvenile matters. Peg started developing her passion for family law and criminal law when she started her undergraduate studies in Criminal Justice. Subsequently, after graduating from Creighton University School of Law in 1988. Peg spent the next 10 years of her practice as a Deputy County Attorney for the Sarpy County Attorney’s Office. While serving as a Deputy County Attorney, she handled a variety of juvenile and criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Peg also worked to protect the legal rights of families and children impacted by domestic abuse and child abuse. Peg enjoys trial advocacy, which is the essential element to protecting the interests and rights of individuals, families and children. Her passion to obtain the best results achievable for her clients truly sets Peg apart.
